This is awesome. Everyone should buy their baby a gun. I’m serious. Then they should teach them responsible and proper gunmanship.

Here is a nice article and speech by Kofi Annan about how the US should not sacrifices its Democratic mores for a little fleeting illusion of safety.  I’ve felt this way for quite some time and I think that Annan puts it very eloquently.

Here is the story. I guess Bush doesn’t have much choice in the matter, does he? It’s fun to watch all of his ‘not gonna budge’ stances crumble.
